Appointment Policydvm (88)

Our office offers extended hours, open as early as 7:30 am until 5:00 pm can be scheduled. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Walk-Ins are always welcome, but we ask that you please be patient as appointments are always seen first. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Drop off Services are available! Have to be to work early or late, or personal appointments keep you from getting your pet into the vet? You may leave your pet with us for an exam or treatment as early as 7:30 am Monday-Wednesday. The Doctor is not available at drop-off time, so be sure to leave a contact telephone number where she can reach you with questions. When possible, please call ahead for scheduling so that we can help you get to work on time.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your safety and for the comfort of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area, exam rooms or on the grounds.

All cats, birds, and other exotics must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Payment Policy

The ACC is dedicated to providing excellent care at a fair cost. To keep our fees as modest as possible for all our clients and avoid the added expenses and financial risks of extending credit and processing of delayed billing, we ask our clients to pay for services when they are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks and Debit Cards. For clients interested in delayed billing, we have applications available for Care Credit payment plans, ask our receptionist for an application or go to http://carecredit.com
